Verify that your freezer is not overloaded. If the freezer is blocking the ventilation grills of the back panel inside of the freezer, it will obstruct any air circulation for the refrigerator. If this does not solve the issue, there could be a defective part in the defrost system of your appliance. Call for service.
Why is my refrigerator warm, and freezer still cooling?
Make sure your condenser (black grill behind, or underneath the unit) is clean. If this part is not well cleaned, your compressor will overheat which will cause both compartments to not cool down.
This is caused by a door seal that is not sealing correctly. When this happens, the warmer, and humid air enters the appliance, causing an accumulation of condensation. Verify that your door seals are not damaged. If they are physically not sealing on the surface of the frame, try heating up the door seal with a hair dryer to help it reform it's normal position.
